Welcome on the Canadian Air Navigation Specialists Association website!

CANSA is a national local of Unifor also know as Unifor local 1016. We are representing approximately 280 Nav Canada employees in nine sites from Gander to Vancouver.

CANSA members perform a variety of responsibilities in support of the air navigation system. These responsibilities include flight planning; simulation of air traffic control for training; flight data analysis; aeronautical information management; publications; and others.
