NCJC Benefits Bargaining

 

The Nav Canada Bargaining Agents Association (NCBAA) and Nav Canada will begin the next round of benefits bargaining this summer. You can learn about your current benefits on the NCBAA website or the Nav Canada website. If there are any changes you would like to see made to our benefits program, send your proposals to Eric Titus via email at eric.titus@unifor1016.ca. The deadline for proposals is May 11, 2026. Proposals from CANSA members will be passed along to the NCBAA Benefits Bargaining Committee for consideration in the next round of benefits bargaining.
