End of Year Wrap Up

As the Holiday Season approaches and we wrap up another exciting year, I would like to take the time to thank all CANSA members for your professionalism and resilience throughout this year. There were many ups and downs during the past few years, and you have demonstrated your value to Nav Canada by working hard throughout them despite not having a collective agreement. As we move forward and navigate through future technology changes, I am confident that we will continue to demonstrate our value to Nav Canada and the services we provide.

A reminder to everyone who has not voted on the tentative agreement to do so before December 30, 2024, at 17:00EST. Your voice matters.

The holidays can be a difficult time, if you need to reach out and talk with someone, Nav Canada has several programs with peer support and professional counselling through the Employee and Family Assistance Program (EFAP) at 1-800-387-4765 (English) or 1-800-361-5676 (French). Enjoy the holidays with your family and friends.
