Chers membres de ASNAC/CANSA UNIFOR 1016
Mon nom est Sébastien Conroy, et il me fait plaisir de déposer ma candidature pour le poste de Vice-Président local unifor1016 ACC de Montréal.
Tout d'abord, je vais me présenter pour ceux et celles qui ne me connaissent pas encore. Je suis quelqu'un de très sociable et de très persévérant. Je mène à terme tout ce que j’entreprends avec professionnalisme. Je suis une personne très impliquée dans tout ce que je fais, que ça soit pour le travail ou la communauté. Lorsque j’ai commencé mon travail comme OTS chez Nav Canada, il y a cinq ans, j’ai découvert une Équipe passionnés et passionnants. Mon milieu travail est très enrichissant et c'est pour cette raison que je souhaite faire tout en mon pouvoir afin de maintenir et améliorer la qualité de vie au travail.
J’ai commencé mon implication depuis mon arrivée à l’ACC en tant que membre du comité plan stratégique; je suis sur le comité SST et actuellement je suis shop Stuart, A L’école j’ai pu réaliser plusieurs projets qui me tenaient particulièrement à cœur, par exemple l’implantation d’activités aléatoires comme le potluck avec les instructeurs et OTS, la Sortie à la Cabane à sucre au pied de cochon, le diner de noël de l’école, les visite de groupes qui viennent de partout au canada . J’ai également ouvert un partenariat avec la gestion actuel à l’école afin de pouvoir trouvée des alternatives pour diversifier les activités du style team build up .
Mon défi sera de rallier les membres et les amener à se réaliser dans les activités communes, de connaitre chacun d’entre vous et de vous reconnaitre comme étant un membre unifor1016 à part entière. Je veux tenter de rallier les membre CANSA UNIFOR 1016 de Montréal dans la même direction.je comprend les deux réalités mais nous devons absolument nous rapproche car c’est dans l’union que la force se dessine.
À toutes les étapes de mon engagement, j’ai toujours eu cette certitude que la
Transformation de nos milieux de travail ne pouvait s’opérer que par une action collective émanant d’une véritable solidarité.
Notre défi est de taille et notre responsabilité en tant que membre Unifor 1016 l’est tout autant. Il faut en prendre conscience et aller de l’avant pour insuffler ce renouveau dont nous avons besoin. C’est ce Qui m’anime en sollicitant votre appui au poste de VP local UNIFOR 1016 afin de vous représenter.

Dear members of CANSA/ASNAC UNIFOR 1016
My name is Sébastien Conroy, and I am pleased to apply for the position of Local Vice-President unifor1016 ACC of Montreal. First of all , I will run for those who do not know me yet. I am a very sociable and persevering person. I carry out everything I do professionally. I'm a very involved person in everything I do, whether it's for work or community. When I started my work as AN OTS at Nav Canada five years ago, I discovered a passionate and exciting team. My work environment is very rewarding and that is why I want to do everything in my power to maintain and improve the quality of life at work.
I have started my involvement since joining the CCA as a member of the Strategic Plan Committee; I am on the SST committee and currently I am shop Stuart, A School I was able to carry out several projects that were particularly close to my heart, for example the implementation of random activities such as potluck with instructors and OTS, the Exit to the Shack sugar at pig's feet, the school Christmas dinner, the visits of groups who come from all over Canada. I also opened a partnership with the current management at the school in order to be able to find alternatives to diversify the activities of the style team build up .
My challenge will be to rally the members and get them to carry out in the common activities, to know each of you and to recognize you as a unifor1016 member in its own right. I want to try to rally the UNIFOR 1016 members of Montreal in the same direction. I understands both realities, but we must absolutely get closer because it is in the union that the force emerges.
At all stages of my engagement, I have always had the certainty that Transformation of our workplaces could only be carried out through collective action emanating from true solidarity.
Our challenge is great and so is our responsibility as a Unifor 1016 member. We need to be aware of this and move forward to instil the renewal we need. This is what drives me by asking for your support for the position of local VP ASNAC UNIFOR 1016 to represent all of you.
