August 2023 Bargaining Update


The CANSA Bargaining Team met with Nav Canada’s representatives for the second round of bargaining in Montreal on August 29-31, 2023.


Discussions were again productive during this round, and we were able to agree on some non-monetary items. All specific details surrounding bargaining proposals are confidential until a tentative agreement is reached. We will continue to provide updates throughout the bargaining process on how discussions are progressing.


The next two rounds of bargaining are scheduled for the week of October 2 in Montreal and October 23 in Ottawa, where we will continue working on our proposals.
