Employee and Family Assistance Program (EFAP)

The Nav Canada Employee Wellness team is currently working on updating the Employee and Family Assistance Program (EFAP). Nav Canada has added a Teladoc EFAP that is currently in the trial stage. The attached Teledoc Launch poster showcases the information and provides access information for the Teladoc EFAP.

Nav Canada has confirmed that the current EFAP Telus Health will remain in effect and available throughout the trial of the new Teladoc EFAP. To access to the current Telus Health:

• Call 1-844-880-9142 (English), 1-844-880-9143 (French) or TTY 1-877-338-0275

• Visit the TELUS Health One website or download the mobile app.

• Username: NavCanadaEN

• Password: nav
