October 2023 Bargaining Update

The CANSA Bargaining Team met with Nav Canada’s representatives for the third round of bargaining in Montreal on October 3-5, 2023.

Discussions were again productive during this round, and we were able to complete all non-monetary items and begin to move into monetary items. As previously stated, all specific details surrounding bargaining proposals are confidential until a tentative agreement is reached. We will continue to provide updates throughout the bargaining process on how discussions are progressing.

The next round of bargaining is scheduled for the week of October 23 in Ottawa, where we will continue working on our proposals.
