October 2023 Bargaining Update


The CANSA Bargaining Team met with Nav Canada’s representatives for the fourth round of bargaining in Ottawa on October 23-27, 2023.


Discussions were again productive during this round, and we were able to present monetary items important to the bargaining unit. As previously stated, all specific details surrounding bargaining proposals are confidential until a tentative agreement is reached. We will continue to provide updates throughout the bargaining process on how discussions are progressing.


The next round of bargaining is scheduled for the week of November 20 in Ottawa, where we will continue working on our proposals.
